Shipping policy

In order to ship 95% of orders the same or the next business day, orders are immediately sent to our shipping department for fulfillment.

At checkout your shipping and handling costs will be given to you when you fill in the required information.  Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your package online. 

We offer 3 shipping options.  Processing times (1-2 business days for normal orders and 8-12 business days for customized orders) must be added to the transit times below.  Transit time estimates are for normal shipping environments.  Holidays, abnormal weather, or other events may cause shipping delays outside our control. 

  1. Ground – estimated transit time of 1-5 business days for most domestic cities*
  2. 3 Day  – estimated transit time of 3 business days
  3. 2 Day Air – estimated transit time of 2 business days

* All shipping promotions apply to US Ground shipments only and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.  Ground Shipping is not available for HI, AK or international orders.

Lighthouse Wigs is not responsible for packages that are lost by the carrier or stolen after delivery.  We will happily assist with any customer claims on shipping services.  At customer request, we can add signature required for a $5.00 charge.

** Lighthouse Wigs is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by customs for any international deliveries.  We are not responsible for international shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs delays, holidays or natural disasters and time frames given are estimates provided by the shipping carrier.

Change/Cancel Attempt

We will attempt to change or cancel orders at your request.  This service is provided on a best-effort basis; we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel an order.  To attempt to change or cancel an order:

  1. Create an email to lighthousewigs@gmail.com with a subject of CHANGE ATTEMPT or CANCEL ATTEMPT, your last name, and the order #.
  2. Describe in the body of the email what you would like to do.
  3. We will respond to your email with the results of the attempt.
