Exchange & Return Policy

    Exchanges and returns are as easy as 1-2-3!

    1. See Eligibility below.  Read carefully to avoid problems with your return.

    2. Fill out a Return Authorization form online within 20 days of receiving your products. In the form choose an option:

    • Exchange (subject to 30% restocking fee) Please place your exchange order prior to filling out the Return Authorization form.
    • Refund to Store Credit 

    3. You will receive an email reply with return instructions for eligible items.

    • Shipping is not refundable/credited.  Discount codes and promotions are not transferable to an exchange order.   
    • Serial exchanges (exchange of an exchange) will be processed as a return (with 30% restocking fee) before crediting the new order.

     

    Eligibility

    You have a full 20 days to evaluate your wig/topper and decide if it is right for you.

    Exchanges or returns must be in the original condition, including packaging (box, tags, and packaging paper).  Wigs must have the original hairnet, labels and tags still attached, and be undamaged, unworn and have no odor.   Non-compliance with any of these items will result in a product not eligible for exchange or return. 

    A Return Authorization form must be submitted online within 20 days of receipt. 

    Exchanges and returns are not allowed on customized or altered wigs, wig accessories, liquids, clearance sale items, discontinued items, or price-matched items.
